There is really no time like right now. You may be putting off booking those family photos because you’re not sure how the kids will “behave”, or you might be worried about how you look and think “maybe next year I’ll feel ready”. But those kids will keep growing and changing. And you will look back at photos of yourself right now and realise how beautiful you actually were. And how your kids looked at you with complete love. And you’ll wish you’d been in photos with them more.
Family photography sessions with me don’t require a lot from you, or your kids. I want everyone to be themselves, and completely embrace and capture your family just as you are. Sessions are fun and easy, and really just involve a lot of cuddling and playing. And you will come away with beautiful images that you will be SO happy you have.

What to expect…

BOOK YOUR SESSION
The first step in securing your booking is to pay the $300 deposit. This secures your family shoot date. This payment will be taken off your final package choice.
I will send through a client guide, location guide, and ask you to complete a questionnaire so I can learn more about your family.

SESSION DAY
We will meet at your chosen location (I will send through the best meeting spot and time). The session will go for 60-90 minutes. Everything you need to know will be in the client guide I send you. Otherwise enjoy an hour or so of playing and cuddling your kiddos!

AFTER YOUR SESSION
Following your session, I will edit a gallery of images for you to view. You can then decide which package you would prefer (see below).
Package Options
You can decide on your package after viewing your final gallery. The $300 deposit will be taken off the package price.
Pick & Choose - $950
20 high resolution photos of your choice
The Lot - $1250
Full gallery (60+) of high resolution photos, plus $100 print store credit

Where are you based?
I’m based in inner-west Melbourne, but happy to travel throughout Melbourne and outskirts.
What style of photography can we expect?
I would describe my family sessions as lifestyle photography, aiming to tell a story of your lives in this moment. I utilise natural light, and whilst I may provide a little direction for positioning, I try to let things flow naturally and allow the chaos and fun to shine through. You will be encouraged to play and cuddle with your kids, keeping it fun and light, and not putting big expectations on the little ones.
Do you have locations you suggest?
I have some favourite locations that I love to use. I know they best time to shoot at these spots, the best backdrops and how the light looks. I will send you my location guide which includes some of my favourite spots. However if you have a particular spot you have in mind, I always love exploring new locations too :)
Do you have any suggestions on what to wear?
Absolutely! When you book a session with me, you will receive my client guide which has lots of advice on what to wear. I’m also available to bounce ideas off if you’re struggling to decide.
Can I purchase prints or an album?
Yes, absolutely! I can organise prints for you, through a professional fine art lab in Australia. I can also work with you in putting together a beautiful flat-lay album, and we can organise grandparent albums too!
When do we receive our images?
I aim to deliver your final edited images via online gallery within 3 weeks.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! Gifting a photography session is such a lovely idea for a new baby, birthday, Christmas or Mother’s/Father’s Day. Let me know what you’re after, and I’ll send through a lovely e-gift certificate.
How do we book you?
The first step is to fill out the contact form to let me know what package you’re after, a little bit about yourself and your family, and when you’d like to book. We can then lock in your session with your deposit.
Do you offer extended family sessions?
Yes I do! My family sessions are for immediate family only, so if you would like to include more family members (such as grandparents, aunties and uncles, etc.), we will book you in for an extended family session. These sessions cost an additional $100.
